Our bar-brasserie welcomes you for a convivial moment around simple and generous brasserie-style cuisine. Whether for lunch, a coffee, or an aperitif, the venue offers a warm and relaxed atmosphere, with a terrace overlooking the golf course.

At lunchtime, meals are prepared in the kitchen by workers with disabilities supported by the ESAT (a French work support service for disabled adults) "Moulin du Soleil", under the supervision of a chef who guides them in food preparation and service organization. In the dining room, service is also provided with the participation of an "ESAT" worker, alongside the restaurant manager.
This organization is part of an inclusive approach that aims to highlight the work and skills of the people supported, while offering guests a shared moment around authentic cuisine.
During the summer, a selection of gourmet sharing boards is offered in the evening, perfect for extending the day in a warm atmosphere. These evenings are kept simple, without full table dinner service, and are not staffed by the ESAT worker team.
